LCC 4 Climate Computer
Logic and intuitive operation: In the development of LCC 4 great importance is attached to achieving a simple user interface without compromising the setting options. We have collaborated with the nurseries in developing the LCC 4 and this is clearly expressed by the user friendliness of the computer. LCC 4 features a touch screen and in combination with the option to design own screen pictures this makes the climate computers a safe and logical tool at all times.
The LCC climate computer can control all climate functions in 1 to 16 compartments. The LCC 4 is based on modern technology and an advanced operating system and is therefore easy to update and expand with more functions and capacity.The LCC 4 communicates via Ethernet with the installed expansions and this ensures a great degree of flexibility in connection with future expansions.The flexible composition of the hardware in the LCC 4 makes it possible to choose the sensor which is exactly optimal for a particular production, and it is also possible to use more than one of each sensor in each room. This flexibility provides a high degree of accuracy and safety.

Energy saving climate control
LCC 4 climate computer can divide the 24 hour into 6 time zones with optional automatic correction depending on sun set and sun rise.Furthermore control of the screen can be done depending of the sun radiation, heat loss and the artificial light.In this way the screens are maintaining the heat. For the LCC 4 Senmatic A/S DGT has developed a new Energy Balance Model. The model calculates the energydemand based on the K-factor of the greenhouse and the screens, the change of air and the energy added by artificial lighting. The model “recognizes” the greenhouse and the energy demand which ensures a better and more stable regulation also known as “feed forward regulation”.

LCC 4 can control up to 16 compartments and each compartment can be divided into 2 subzones depending on the function. All functions can have common set points. Furthermore it is possible to have local set points in the subzones. These can be dependent or independent of the common set points. This gives a more simple operation of the computer and at the same time it is possible to adapt the conditions to the different cultures.With the LCC 4 we continue ventilating control with cascade vent control. This means opening the lee side and the wind side at the same time. The wind side is opened to a small crack while the lee side is opened as much as needed. This cascade control of vent gives an effective ventilation in the greenhouse even at small vent opening percentages.

LCC Completa
The new climate computer from DGT-Volmatic LCC Completa controls all climate functions in 1 to 4 greenhouse compartments. The LCC Completa is based on modern technology and standard operating system and is easy to update and expand with more functions and larger capacity when needed. The Completa system has a distributed I/O for present and future installation.
The flexible composition of the hardware in LCC Completa makes it possible.

The new Climate Computer from DGT-Volmatic controls all climate functions in one greenhouse compartment.The operation of the computer is based on a logical menu structure. The display of the LCC900 climate computer shows the settings frequently used by the grower. Every change is marked with a small ‘beep’ leaving no doubt if the change has been stored.
Modular
LCC900 is able to control all climate functions in the greenhouse. At installation the program is adapted to each greenhouse. The modular composition makes it easy to expand the climate computer to more functions. It is also possible to expand with more greenhouses as the communication works very fast.
